Pam Golding Properties are a bunch of THIEVES.
They are holding on to my deposit of R 200 000 for there commision, because I didnt get a bond in time, which is illegal.
They lied to me initialy saying that the seller had instructed them to hold on to it, but when I spoke to him he conifrmend that he had issued no such instruction.
Purchasing a home, especially your first , should be a pleasurable experiance, but these people have turned it into a nightmare. |

So what are you going to do about it? I wouldnt just sit around. Do u need any legal contacts?

mate, i have my lawyer on it, i have contacted the estate agents board etc.
pam golding, not just the agent are a total rip off. |
